Case study

A 60,000-runner start line. No bottleneck.

Type · Marathon City · Mumbai Year · 2026 Scope · Race operations & infrastructure
The challenge

One morning. One city. Zero second chances.

Sixty thousand runners, five race categories, one start precinct in the middle of a living city. Roads close at midnight and reopen by noon. Every barricade, mat, clock and crew has to land inside that window.

The organizer owns the brand and the crowd. We take the operational load: the build, the course, the crews and the results.

What ESE ran

All four pillars, on one morning.

The outcome

What we delivered.

Corrals released on schedule. Junctions held. The last runner crossed a fully-crewed finish line, and the city had its roads back before lunch.

The organizer managed one line of command the entire weekend. That is the model, and it scales down to a 500-runner corporate 5K as cleanly as it scales up.
